Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy is a trampoline based program to engage rhythm, movement and gross motor development, coupled with Special Needs Circuits with our trained, accredited and passionate staff. Our coaches are qualified NCAS Accredited Gymnastics Coaches, with training and workshop experience with NSW Sport and Recreation in their Disability in Sport Programs and Gymnastics NSW Rebound Therapy.

The Pre-School Aged Special Needs Program

If you have a child aged 18 months – 5 years old, our Kinder Gym program accomodates for Special Needs children. Our Kinder Gym coaches have been trained in Special Needs Gymnastics with NSW Sport and Recreation. For further information on our Kinder Gym program, please click on the Kinder Gym link.

The Primary Aged Special Needs Program

This program is designed for children aged 5 – 12 years old. Coaches with the support of parents and/or carers will work in small groups to develop basic gymnastics and fitness skills, body awareness and self confidence. These classes are run on Sundays in 6 week blocks. All new participants are assessed by coaches for correct placement.
