Castle Hill Fitness is happy to announce that starting in October we will be offering two new group fitness classes which are tailor-made for those members with limited mobility and/or stability.
Neither of these classes require ANY floor work.
Chair CHampions
A light to moderate workout that builds strength, balance, and mobility. Utilises a chair for stability and support whilst working all muscle groups with a variety of light resistance items.
Classes start 1st of October and are held Tuesdays at 1:30 PM and Fridays at 8:15 AM.
YogaBarre
Enjoy the benefits of a barre supported ‘standing’ yoga class to assist in gaining strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Classes start 3rd of October and are held Thursdays at 6:00 PM
