We will educate you about your current lifestyle encouraging smarter exercise habits and life choices. Freedom for functional movement allows potential for strength. Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 and 4 Fitness
  • Level 1 Poliquin Biosignature practitioner (hormone manipulation)
  • Level 2 FMA strength coach
  • Level 2 Boxing fighting for life instructor
  • Level 2 Rehab exercise trainer/practitioner
  • Level 2 Inutrition certified
