- Instructor of Certificates 3 & 4 in Personal Training
- Developed and taught specialized group fitness classes for pregnant women
- Certified in various training methods including Boxing, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Corrective Exercise, and Women’s Fitness (Pregnancy, Postpartum, Menopause)
- Designed and delivered a course on Biomechanics and developed the “Strong Bones” class framework
- Presenter of health and fitness seminars and workshops for gym members and staff professional development
