  • Diploma of Exercise Science
  • Diploma of Fitness
  • Diploma of Training & Assessment

Experience:

  • Personal Trainer since 1994
  • Registered fitness professional in Group Exercise since 1987 and Personal Training since 1994 (AusActive)
  • Extensive experience working in gyms across Queensland and New South Wales
  • Instructor of Certificates 3 & 4 in Personal Training
  • Developed and taught specialized group fitness classes for pregnant women
  • Certified in various training methods including Boxing, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Corrective Exercise, and Women’s Fitness (Pregnancy, Postpartum, Menopause)
  • Designed and delivered a course on Biomechanics and developed the “Strong Bones” class framework
  • Presenter of health and fitness seminars and workshops for gym members and staff professional development
