My goal as a Personal Trainer is to assist as many over 55’s as I can to be the best version of themselves. Allowing them to live an independent, happy, healthy and active lifestyle in a fun environment is the priority.
My aim is to work within the capabilities of a client, but at the same time pushing them to achieve more out of themselves, with a focus on balance, functional movement, and give them more confidence.
I believe based on my current client’s feedback, that I have implemented challenging, but attainable goals and I hope I can do the same for many others!
