Dolphins Swim Club

Castle Hill RSL Dolphins is a family-orientated club where swimmers of all ages can participate in races held under official competition rules. The Club meets at the Castle Hill RSL Fitness & Aquatic Centre on most Friday nights throughout the year, in both winter and summer seasons, with races commencing at 6:30 pm. All club nights are run by qualified Technical Officials.

The swimming races held cater for all ages and abilities in the Castle Hill Swimming indoor 25m heated pool and range from 25m to 1500m events. Swimmers are encouraged to participate not just on Friday club nights, but also to represent the Dolphins at external carnivals, such as the Swimming Metro Northwest (SMNW) District Championships, the NSW Metropolitan Championships, the RSL State Trials, Speedo Sprints and the NSW State Championships. The club also supports swimmers who are aiming for National and International Level competitions.
