40 minute high intensity functional classes designed to give a full body workout using a variety of freestyle equipment (med balls, kettlebells, core bags, TRX suspension straps etc.) These sessions encourage maximal effort and reps for the designated amount of time per exercise. You will leave these sessions feeling like you have just run a marathon!
Fit 40 Girls
Bringing the girls together on a Saturday morning for a sweat sesh! This session is only female participants and run by one of our female trainers. A 40 mins full body workout!
