New Class for Women

We’re launching a new 30 minute workout for women only.

Max30Girls is a class for women of all ages looking to do some general conditioning

Courtney (Class instructor) said “my aim in starting up a womens conditioning class would be to empower girls who are like minded to come and push past their limits and build confidence in the gym. This class is designed to promote teamwork and inclusiveness in a¬†comfortable group environment that pushes and aims to support each other along the way.”


Whether your goals are to lose weight, get fit, or just feel good, come and try out Max30Girls 8:15am Saturday in the Functional zone of the gym floor.
